Iain Greer
Iain Greer has worked as an Independent Mortgage broker for many years. He left Clark Gillone in 2020 having spent many years with them. Having been involved in the Mortgage and Housing market since 2005, Iain has gained a wide range of knowledge in this field. He is Advanced Mortgage qualified and holds the Certificate in Equity Release. Specialising in complex mortgage solutions along with advising on protecting his clients by helping them with their insurance needs.In his spare time, Iain enjoys running and cycling and spending time with his family.
James Greer
James has worked in the Financial Services sector since 1999 and has plenty of experience with helping families buy homes. He has been heavily involved in the Agricultural Finance market throughout the U.K over the last few years. His spare time is taken up with looking after grandchildren and “fixing up” his John Deere tractor!
Joel Wedegren
Although Joel is recently qualified in the Mortgage advisory role he has always had a big interest in the property business. Buying and selling properties and managing his portfolio of Buy to Let’s has led him to take up a professional role in the field. As an airline pilot with 20 years of experience he’s used to managing complex situations and working as part of a team. Thinking outside of the box, finding solutions and task management are some of the many skills that transfers from the flight deck straight to the mortgage desk. In the spare time spending time with the family on the golf course, ice hockey rink or travelling are some of the favourite things to do.
Lauren McFarlane
Lauren has joined Monarch Financial Services as a Mortgage Co-Ordinator and this is her first step into Financial Services. She has attained a BA Honours Degree in Business and has qualifications within Administration which both work hand in hand within her role. She is an organised individual who has a strong customer focus and pays great attention to detail. Lauren assists clients with their mortgage and protection requirements to ensure all aspects of the process is covered smoothly from start to finish.Outside of work she loves all things home décor. Lauren is family oriented and enjoys spending time with her young son, partner and dog.
Erin Murray
After achieving a 2:1 LLB Honours Degree at the University of Glasgow in 2014, Erin went on to work in Global Liquidity within the Finance department of Morgan Stanley before becoming a Sales Negotiator for East Ayrshire’s leading estate agency Greig Residential. Having been there for over 3 years, Erin felt a natural progression towards a Mortgage career, harnessing her knowledge from her financial & sales experience. She is a perfectionist & prides herself on attention to detail & customer focus, always working towards achieving the best outcome for the client.Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband & young daughter as well as all things home & garden.
Alison McKay
Alison comes from a very experienced Financial Services background. Previously Alison’s career has seen her work within Accountancy, Banking and IFA organisation’s.Alison is well organised and able to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.Alison looks after our client’s mortgage and protection requirements, processing, tracking applications, liaising with lenders whilst keeping clients up to speed at the same time.Out of the office Alison enjoys a good film binge, a glass of wine and has a very busy family life. A pet lover who has, at present, two cats and a bearded dragon.
Claire Greer
Claire has worked with Monarch since it's inception in 2020. Having spent over 10 years within the NHS as an administrator she helps clients with their mortgage and insurance applications.When not working, Claire spends her time running and looking after her two young daughters. Some Prosecco may be involved when she can find some time at the weekend!
Caitlin McLeod
Before star*ng at Monarch Financial Services, Caitlin previously worked as a sales nego*ator for a local Estate Agents, then went onto pursue career in dog grooming. Although she loved working with dogs every day, she decided to work in the property industry again but on the mortgage side. Caitlin started with Monarch in March 2023 as Iain’s admin assistant. Her role includes answering customer emails and calls, processing agreement in principles and mortgage applications. She loves to give the clients the good news that an offer came come through from the bank! In her spare *me, Caitlin loves to catch up with family and friends, and have an evening watching films with a glass of wine or two!
Marc McDonald
I am the Senior Underwriter within Complete Financing, my main responsibilities are to analyse mortgage applications to determine our clients creditworthiness. I make informed decisions to achieve the best outcomes for our clients in line with their needs and ensuring they will meet the lenders criteria.I have worked in the banking and finance sector for over 10 years. Starting my career at Tesco Bank, progressing from customer service representative to unsecured loans underwriter before leaving to begin my career as a mortgage underwriter.I have a wealth of underwriting knowledge specialising in second and third charge mortgages. I pride myself in delivering excellent customer service and putting our clients at the focus of everything I do.Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family/friends, playing my guitar and gaming.
Justin Dunne
I have been involved in the 2nd charge market for over 20 years and have an in-depth knowledge of the business.I began using 2nd charge products at Blackhorse and then worked at several brokerages before setting up my own business in 2006. I have been self employed since then.I have established good relationships with our lenders which I believe is essential to be able to provide a service to both brokers and clients.Outside of Complete Financing I am a Glasgow Warriors season ticket holder and lifelong Watford FC supporter.
Connor Martin
Having worked in the health sector for many years supporting people with mental illness I was ready for a change. Under the guidance of the complete financing team, I am undergoing training in the role of sales advisor. The team have been very welcoming with many years of experience to tap into. I look forward to developing further in my role.
Craig Combe
Before joining Complete Financing, I have gained a wealth of experience within local and central government, further and higher education and different sales roles.From my knowledge I utilise transferable skills to provide an excellent customer service and solutions for the clients.Out with the office I am a keen runner and I have been playing hockey for over thirty years. I am a coach and player at Giffnock Hockey Club.
Martyn Rollo
I am one of the underwriters for Complete Financing. My main duties are to assess supporting information for our clients to ensure criteria is met, as well as managing expectations to provide great customer service and transparency throughout the process.I have worked in the mortgage sector for over 10 years, gaining experience at some of the industries leading competitors. Due to this I have attained a vast knowledge of how lenders work internally, giving me the skills to quickly problem solve and strategise for the best outcomes for our clients.In my spare time I enjoy travelling, cooking for friends and family, and I have an ever-growing love/hate relationship with football.
